Privacy
HIVE is a workspace for real-estate agencies. This is what it keeps, why, and who helps run it.
What HIVE keeps
- Your account. Your name, your email, your photo if you sign in with Google, and when you last signed in.
- Your agency's work. Its listings, the buyer requests your team types in, and the matches HIVE returns.
- How matches get used. Whether a match was copied, shared or picked, and the thumbs up or down you give. This is how the ranking gets better.
Who helps run it
- Supabase holds the database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel hosts the app.
- Anthropic reads each buyer request so HIVE can match it to your listings. It is used through Anthropic's commercial service, which does not train on this data.
- Resend sends HIVE's emails, like invitations and password resets.
- Cloudflare stores listing photos.
- Google serves the app's fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google. If you choose Continue with Google, it also tells HIVE your name, email and photo.
- Formspree receives the messages sent through the contact form on HIVE's home page.
- Sentry receives a report when something in the app breaks.
What HIVE does not do
- No ads, and your data is never sold.
- No tracking cookies. The only cookie keeps you signed in.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what HIVE holds about you, and your agency's admin can ask for a teammate to be removed. Data is kept while your agency uses HIVE and deleted when you ask.
